If I could give more stars I would. From start to finish Suzanne guided me through the sales process. From the initial meeting to closing she was honest and forthright. Most important she listened to me. She helped me price and prepare the house for showing, arranged the showings, and helped me understand the offers. Then arranged for cleaning, yard preparation, and inspections. I have no idea how I would have gotten through the whole process without her.

Sal listened to our interests, was approachable and easy to talk to, and helped us try to negotiate prices on several properties while still making sure we were comfortable and informed of every step until we closed on our new property.

Suzanne went above and beyond marketing, selling and closing on our townhouse. With resident renters in the home just scheduling showings was a challenge and Suzanne made it seamless, did a great job dealing with the HOA and absolutely communicated perfectly with all parties involved.
