Suzanne went above and beyond marketing, selling and closing on our townhouse. With resident renters in the home just scheduling showings was a challenge and Suzanne made it seamless, did a great job dealing with the HOA and absolutely communicated perfectly with all parties involved. I absolutely couldn't expect anymore from an agent. 5 stars through the whole process.

Chris has been so great to work with. I have never enjoyed working with a realtor as much as I have enjoyed working with Chris. He is knowledgeable, experienced, quick to communicate, and timely in his work. Chris is very honest, which is a very refreshing quality when working with a realtor. He was patient with us and quick to advocate for us when we experienced an issue with a seller. He feels more like family to us now than just a partner in business.

Phillip was so helpful to us while we were looking for a house from several states away. He helped us “walk through” homes virtually and gave us his honest opinions on homes we requested that he visit. He facilitated everything from the home inspection to a tricky closing that required power of attorney and a mobile notary. We couldn’t have gotten such a great home without him!
