Mattias is a good communicator, easy to work with, and a skilled negotiator with deep knowledge of the real estate scene in the Harrisonburg area. He listened to us, checked in, and took our concerns and questions seriously. He wasn't just interested in closing the deal as fast as possible. He was interested in us. That said, our house got a ton of immediate interest and we accepted a bid four days after it went on the market.
