Mattias Clymer

This is the third sale/purchase Mattias has helped me through. If possible, I will always choose to work with him for any real estate needs! Mattias is thorough, knowledgeable, and above all kind. He looks out for the best interest of his clients in all situations. I trust Mattias to know the market and work toward the best outcomes in all situations.

He was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. He even helped keep our kids entertained during a late closing! It’s the little things like that which set him apart. Highly recommend him to anyone!

Working with Mattias was an outstanding experience. He brings a profound understanding of the Bridgewater and Harrisonburg market, combined with incredibly strong reasoning skills that helped us navigate every decision with confidence. He approaches both the buying and selling sides of the process with complete transparency. I always felt secure because he was never afraid to share his genuine, honest opinions and back them up with sound logic. Beyond his professional expertise, he is just a truly caring man who looks out for his clients every step of the way. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor.

Mattias is a good communicator, easy to work with, and a skilled negotiator with deep knowledge of the real estate scene in the Harrisonburg area. He listened to us, checked in, and took our concerns and questions seriously. He wasn't just interested in closing the deal as fast as possible. He was interested in us. That said, our house got a ton of immediate interest and we accepted a bid four days after it went on the market.

Mattias helped us a lot. So many things we wouldn't have known about, noticed, etc. His help was indispensable.

Mattias was great every step of the way during our move from PA to Harrisonburg. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking to buy in this area.
