He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, and genuinely easy to talk to, with a great sense of humor that helped keep things stress free. I never felt pressured at any point and he always took the time to explain things clearly without ever making me feel silly for asking. He was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer my questions, no matter how many I had (for the record, it was a lot).
