It was an absolute pleasure working with Realtor Cereda Johnson at Funkhouser Real state Agency. Due to knowledgeable background, Cereda was able to answer all my questions and concerns in a positive yet patient manner so I could make an informed decision on my purchase, to which I was very pleased with. This agent is a dedicated member of team and strives to provide amazing customer service through actively listening and guiding their customers with honest feedback. I am very impressed with Cereda and her impressive work ethics. She is the true definition of “ customer comes first” and I wonderful person to work with.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Logan Evans! From the beginning of our home-buying journey (2 years total I think) all the way through closing, Logan was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and truly had our best interests at heart every step of the way. Buying a home can be exciting but also stressful, and Logan made the entire process so much easier for us. He was always available to answer our questions, explain things when we needed clarification, and make sure we felt comfortable and informed before making decisions. We never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, we felt like we had someone in our corner who genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. What stood out most was Logan’s dedication and personal attention. He listened to what we wanted, communicated with us throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to help us get to the finish line. His professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the purchase. We are so excited and grateful to be in our new home, and Logan played such an important part in making that happen. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want a realtor who is dependable, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about his clients, Logan Evans is the one you want by your side! Thank you, Logan!!

As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions to ask. Megan answered each one in ways we could understand, which my husband and I were grateful for. With Megan's help, we were able to find a home within the first two months of searching!

Jo faced many problems while dealing with the sale of 203, 6th Street , Grottoes. But she handled each one as they came her way. I know it took countless hours of work on her behalf to make this sale possible . Pleased to pass this little home on to the next owners. Jo never let us down and always kept us informed about any unexpected obstacle that presented itself. Thank you for helping us make this possible.

Jo had a plan of action and followed through. She kept us informed so we could stay on track for our proposed closing date, even after the closing.
