Emily earned a B.S. degree from Central Connecticut State University, providing her formal training in marketing and business practices. Her background in marketing and graphic design allows her the ability to create high quality marketing materials for clients that can be distributed among many channels, allowing for maximum property exposure.
In her free time Emily enjoys camping with her family, cooking, gardening and spending time outdoors! Emily is a native of McGaheysville and has now established roots in Elkton.
Megan was raised here in the Shenandoah Valley and has been an active member of the community nearly her whole life. Megan attended Bridgewater College and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Elementary Education. For ten years she taught in Rockingham County Public Schools and has a wide knowledge of school districts in the area.
In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and their three beautiful children. She and her family have planted their roots in McGaheysville. She enjoys working in her flower garden and helping her local church grow. Kate is a native of Page County and a graduate of James Madison University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. From 2017 to 2021, she played softball at JMU, and during this time, she also provided softball lessons and spoke at various events and schools. Additionally, Kate volunteered with local sports teams, assisting with practices, and played professionally in the Women's Professional League (WPF) in 2022.
Passionate about helping others, Kate has found real estate to be the perfect avenue for making a meaningful impact. She is enthusiastic about guiding clients through the journey of homeownership, recognizing it as one of life’s most significant milestones. Jo and her husband Ray have raised 4 children together and reside in the quaint Town of Grottoes, Va. They officially have 3 Hokies! Originally from Arlington Va, Jo has lived most of her life in Rockingham County and is a graduate of Spotswood High School. She attended Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA with concentrations that included interior design and historic preservation.
Upon her return to the Valley she embarked on a successful career in marketing and sales and has remained active within the community. She has held many leadership roles within the schools her children attended and now serves the Town of Grottoes as Mayor.

Born and raised in the scenic Shenandoah Valley, Chase graduated from East Rockingham High School in 2014 before pursuing a bachelor's degree in Applied Economic Management from Virginia Tech. Since graduating in 2018, he has dedicated the past five years of his professional life to the pharmaceutical industry.
However, his first-hand experience as a homebuyer ignited Chase's passion for real estate. Collaborating with a seasoned associate from Funkhouser Real Estate Group, he gained invaluable insights into the complex process of buying a property. Now, Chase is excited to channel his knowledge and provide unparalleled service to all clients seeking to buy or sell their home or property.

Jenna and Kate were absolutely incredible to work with. We relocated to Virginia from Washington State, and they made one of the biggest and most stressful parts of moving across the country feel seamless and easy! The minute I found their profile I just knew we would be a great fit! They stayed in constant communication and were so helpful in connecting us with anyone or anything we needed, as we were unfamiliar with the area. They gave their time to show us so many houses in many different areas and their insight into the communities and school districts was so helpful. Their knowledge, commitment and understanding of our family's situation was so special - we truly felt like more than just clients! Five stars for Jenna + Kate 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
