Kate and Jenna were wonderful to work with. They made every step so smooth. We moved to South Carolina, and they handled every situation and request that came up, no matter how big or small. This is the second time Kate and Jenna have sold a house for us, and both times have been a wonderful experience. Thank you Kate and Jenna!!

Kate & Jenna are the total package! They truly couldn’t have made our experience any easier. We moved to South Carolina and trusted them to handle everything at our home—and they did not disappoint. No matter what came up, they took care of it all for us. All we had to do was sign the papers at the end! This is the second time Kate & Jenna have sold a home for us, and we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Kate and Jenna helped me every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it without them. They are the Michael Jordan of real estate, I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market of purchasing or selling a home!

Kate was right on top of things and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I’d pick her again if I had another house to sell !

We had a great experience working with Kate to sell our home. From the beginning, she was straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She explained everything and made sure we understood what to expect at each step. Kate stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process - showings, feedback, paperwork, and negotiations. We ended up selling fairly quickly and were very happy with the final outcome. We would absolutely recommend Kate to anyone looking to sell their home!
