She seemed very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. It was pretty easy for her- it never actually went on the market and she showed it to one couple. I know I signed for this and it’s how things are done, but it just seemed a little expensive for the amount of time to took her to make the sale

She always got back to me to update me on changes and multiple addedums needed to purchase my new house to ensure all contractual requirements were met.
