Each of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. We ended up buying the second charming property Luke showed us (again with Scott being the selling agent") with our checklist nearly complete. We chose the "city over the country". Luke capably walked us through the buying process. We are incredibly happy with Luke and Funkhouser! They really went above and beyond to work with us and our unique wants list.
