My sister and I leaned on Nina very much throughout the entire process from how to prepare the home to how to set a price. Once we were on the market, she stayed in touch letting us know when someone was looking at the house. Nina offered many great suggestions which led to be very helpful. She was always available and willing to share her time with us with any questions need or concerns. . Nina would call and check in make sure that we were in the know of what was currently going on. Once we started negotiations, she was very helpful in lending much needed information in negotiations. Information regarding price timelines clauses riders add-ons things that my sister and I had never thought of. Nina also worked closely with the buyers, realtor and our lawyers, office and staff. Nina was just a joy to work with. I would recommend her to my families and friends. we are so glad that we worked with Nina on this sale. We were totally satisfied with the representation as well as the relationship we were able to build with Nina along the way.
