A lifelong resident of Luray, Carol has extensive knowledge of Page County and the surrounding area. She has 20 years of local business experience managing her family's resort, and 5 years experience in property management, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Carol received her real estate sales license in 2015, and since then has been helping clients in Page and Shenandoah Counties purchase and sell their residential and commercial properties.
In her free time she enjoys golf and travel.

Best Realtor we could have hoped for! We had a wonderful experience with Ryann.
Ryann was an absolute ray of sunshine, and was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful every step of the way. We were excited to reconnect with her after having to put our home search on pause for a couple years. She cheerfully led us all around the valley, over the mountain and back again showing us a wide array of homes over the span of a few weekends, until we found the perfect fit. Ryann helped us navigate the offer process, supported us in preparing for closing, and helped us make sure we had everything sorted for settlement. Despite throwing her some curveballs along the way, we never felt like an inconvenience in the slightest. Through it all, she was always smiling and happy! From the moment we met her, it felt like we were in the company of an old friend. We would recommend Ryann without hesitation to anyone in need of a Realtor!

Didn't know where to start.
We are aging and needed to get out of our farmette. We couldn't longer do proper land maintenance. The stairs became to much. Our daughters found a house that Lauren Reed had listed and called her. Although that one house was not what we needed. Lauren Reed was Instantly someone we just clicked with. We found a house we liked Lauren did the negotiations not only fir selling our home but buying our new as well. Everything went smoothly, she answered all the questions. Calmed doubts and listened to our needs. My husband and I hope that anyone looking to sell/ buy give her a call. I guarantee she'll be on it.
