From the first conversation I had with Nina she was a delight. She was polite, respectful, and always engaged. My sister and I leaned on Nina very much throughout the entire process from how to prepare the home to how to set a price. Once we were on the market, she stayed in touch letting us know when someone was looking at the house. Nina offered many great suggestions which led to be very helpful. She was always available and willing to share her time with us with any questions need or concerns. . Nina would call and check in make sure that we were in the know of what was currently going on. Once we started negotiations, she was very helpful in lending much needed information in negotiations. Information regarding price timelines clauses riders add-ons things that my sister and I had never thought of. Nina also worked closely with the buyers, realtor and our lawyers, office and staff. Nina was just a joy to work with. I would recommend her to my families and friends. we are so glad that we worked with Nina on this sale. We were totally satisfied with the representation as well as the relationship we were able to build with Nina along the way.

Lauren is an expert in the Page County market, but what's even better - she's fun to work with. She takes all the stress out of the transaction because she knows her stuff, and because she communicates often and well. Selling a house with her was such a good time I wish I had more houses to sell. Only downside is that she insists on taking a realtor fee, which I felt wasn't necessary, but I guess we all gotta make a living.
