Sable Ponn, a native of Page County, holds a BBA in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies and a minor in Real Estate from Radford University. With a successful launch into the real estate industry, Sable discovered a passion for assisting first-time homebuyers and investors. Growing up in a family involved in remodeling houses for rental and re-sale, her early exposure ignited a deep love for real estate.
Boasting over 7+ years of experience in the field, Sable is well-versed in long-term rentals and possesses a keen understanding of the key attributes to consider when purchasing properties. Her expertise extends to working with buyers and sellers engaged in short-term rentals in the local area. Building on a robust sales history and additional education, including the attainment of the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) & Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designations, Sable has cultivated a discerning eye for recognizing the potential in homes. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the market and demographics throughout the Shenandoah Valley.

Born and raised in Luray, Virginia, Sable enjoys kayaking the Shenandoah River and spending quality time with family in Page County when not immersed in real estate endeavors. A dedicated community member, she currently serves as a Board Member and Vice-Chair of the Ambassador Committee for the Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Board Member for Choices of Page County.
