I was selling from a distance and the house had been rented our prior to the sale. Kandi advised me on pricing, timing, and necessary repairs and cleaning. She then helped ensure the repairs and cleaning were completed and that items left by the tenants were removed. She wrote a lovely listing using professionally photographed photos and held an open house.
