Lauren made my selling experience so smooth and easy. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the market and knows what she’s talking about. TRUST HER! She sold my house in under a week and always answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. She was communicative and super helpful through the whole process! I loved working with her and will recommend her to everyone that wants to buy in the Luray area! Hoping one day to work with her again :)

Lauren is quick to answer /return your calls / texts. Professional and is abreast of what is happening in real estate world around her.

Knowledgeable, professional, good people skills, and energetic are a few of the words I would use to describe Lauren. This was my first time working with her and she has earned my trust.

Lauren is the best agent ever! She goes above and beyond to help us find our perfect home. Would recommend her to everyone who is looking for their dream home. Thanks Lauren! You're amazing! 10 stars!

Lauren's strong market knowledge helped in getting us a good price on our property.

We are aging and needed to get out of our farmette. We couldn't longer do proper land maintenance. The stairs became to much. Our daughters found a house that Lauren Reed had listed and called her. Although that one house was not what we needed. Lauren Reed was Instantly someone we just clicked with. We found a house we liked Lauren did the negotiations not only fir selling our home but buying our new as well. Everything went smoothly, she answered all the questions. Calmed doubts and listened to our needs. My husband and I hope that anyone looking to sell/ buy give her a call. I guarantee she'll be on it.

Lauren is an expert in the Page County market, but what's even better - she's fun to work with. She takes all the stress out of the transaction because she knows her stuff, and because she communicates often and well. Selling a house with her was such a good time I wish I had more houses to sell. Only downside is that she insists on taking a realtor fee, which I felt wasn't necessary, but I guess we all gotta make a living.

Selling our house recently was an exhausting and overwhelming process. Lauren Reed's helpful guidance was invaluable as, as well as her expertise and knowledge with the real estate market, she was so patient, understanding, and encouraging . She guided us over many unpredictable hurdles, and noticably celebrated with us when things finally went well which we very much appreciated.

Lauren is the best agent especially when it comes to the twist and turns we had in our transaction! There were several times we wanted to give up BUT Lauren always found the positive and was completely honest. We could never thank her enough! If you are looking to sell or buy she would be my choice always!

Lauren Reed did an outstanding job representing me in the sale of my property at Lot 15 Mont View Lane. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Lauren provided excellent guidance on pricing, marketing, and navigating the transaction, which helped attract the right buyer quickly. What impressed me most was how efficiently everything moved once we were under contract. Lauren stayed on top of every detail and made sure the process went smoothly all the way through closing. Her communication was clear and timely, and she made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Shenandoah Valley. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

Lauren Reed did an exceptional job selling my property at Lot 2 Young Road in Rileyville, VA, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her work. From the very beginning, Lauren was thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Selling land can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. I always knew what was happening, what the next step would be, and that she truly had my best interests at heart. Lauren’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made a real difference in the outcome. It was clear she cared not just about the transaction, but about doing the job the right way.
