Jacob knows the community and is abreast of market for the area. His market analysis was spot on for establishing a price point for the home. He deployed technology and high quality teammates to complement the plan and complete the sale. Jacob is great to work with we highly recommend him!

This was the second house Jacob sold for us. Both times went great. He always communicated with us in a timely manner and gave recommendations. Thanks Jacob for the great experience we would recommend Jacob again for anyone’s realtor needs.

Great at keeping in touch. Excellent knowledge of our market and pricing.

We really enjoyed working with Jacob. He was very responsive to any questions or anything we needed to know about the process of selling our house. We would definitely use him again.

Jacob was very good at communicating and making sure that I was in the know and understanding everything that was going on during the whole process. He checked to make sure documents were accurate before I signed them and tried his best to negotiate with the builder. He was very professional and always tried to ensure a smooth closing process.

Jacob helped us find a place to move our belongings to and negotiated us time to get out of the house after the sale.

Excellent communication and responsiveness. Did a great job setting up appointments. Excellent negotiations and follow through. I would highly recommend.

Great communication. Kept us in the loop. Chased down extra information about properties. Found tradesmen to do work for us. Really went above and beyond.

This was the best selling experience we've ever had. Thanks to Jake and Funkhouser!

Jacob had multiple offers within 3 days. We got a contract signed and closed without any issues! Clear and quick communication. No problems!
