I was born and raised in southern Virginia and attended James Madison University. While at JMU I decided to major in modern foreign languages; and, after completing my Bachelors degree with a concentration in Spanish, I decided to stay there for a little while longer. I graduated for the second time from James Madison University with a Masters of Arts in Teaching. I began teaching high school Spanish in August of 2010 and am still in the classroom. I love to challenge myself so in June 2016, I decided to get licensed to sell real estate and within one month was ready to list and sell properties. My initial goal was to help Spanish-speaking clients find homes for their families as well as first-time homeowners. Now, I enjoy helping guide all clients through the selling/buying process. Every situation is a unique experience and I get to meet some amazing people along the way. I love music and you will probably hear me coming before you actually see me because I sing almost everywhere I go. If I'm not on the tennis courts or behind the piano, you might find me outside working in my garden. Of course I'm just as at home on the beach or with a fishing rod and reel on the hunt for the next big catch. I look forward to working with my future clients to find the homes of their dreams so that they can start making memories that they will cherish for years to come.

In 2014, I relocated from the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and I fell in love with it immediately and everything the valley has to offer, with the scenic views, mountains and plains, quiet back roads that connect big and small towns throughout the valley to its picture perfect farms and towns, wineries, hiking trails and much more. I have lived in the Winchester area, Strasburg, and the City of Edinburg, in outskirts of Woodstock, where I have seen the tremendous growth of the community from businesses large and small to new residential areas within and outside the city limits. Contributing to the community is one of my ways to give back. I’ve been a STEM-mate for the Fredrick County Science and Engineering Fair where kids of all ages are able to experience science while using lab equipment and tools; as a team-mate at the Worlds of Work Expo or W.O.W in Winchester where more than 3,000 eight graders from the region get to experience and know more about the different career paths available to them; as a bowling mate for Big Brother Big Sister’s Bowling for Kids’ Sake and fundraising events in order to help children in need; and as a proud supporter of the United Way which supports and helps local communities in the Shenandoah Valley and worldwide. With a passion for service, hard work and integrity, I am excited to turn that focus toward real estate and ready to help the community members with home buying and selling needs. During my free time my fiancée and I enjoy taking care of our pets – our Arabian mare Valentine who is 28 years old and has retired on our property, our hermit crab Jupiter who is 16 years old, our two dogs Fletcher and Yoda, and our cat Dolly. Excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail.

Working with Chad was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next. His communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that my home was in good hands. He also gave valuable feedback on the improvements I made to my home, helping me focus on changes that would make the biggest impact on buyers. One detail that really stood out was how he made sure the house smelled amazing for showings. He also staged my empty home with some plants and homely decor. These two details created such a warm, inviting atmosphere and made a great first impression. Chad's professional attention to detail, and dedication helped make the selling process smooth and successful. He also did a fantastic job 8 years ago when he sold this home to me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Our experience selling our home with Allie exceeded all expectations!

Allie Coffey is the most complete and capable realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every facet of the selling process was handled masterfully. She analyzed our home, using both extensive research and market knowledge to determine the appropriate listing price. Prior to the actual listing of our home, Allie implemented a multi pronged marketing strategy that consisted of both creative and effective staging, and the use of incredibly professional photography to effectively highlight the attributes of our home. After a showing of the property which generated an interest on the part of a prospective buyer, Allie worked quickly and successfully to negotiate several key elements with the buyers agent, and an agreement was reached in a timely manner. After the ratification of the agreement, Allie walked us through every aspect of the closing process, helping to keep the process on track and reducing stress by keeping us fully informed throughout the entire transaction.
