House had a roof issue and it was Chad's suggestion to see if the seller would be willing to replace it. Seller replaced the roof with no issues.

Allie is a graduate of Central High School and James Madison University, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration. Shirley is a native of Shenandoah County, a graduate of Central High School in Woodstock and Lord Fairfax Community College. Shirley began her real estate career in 1999 and has worked as a full time Realtor since that time. She is an active member of Massanutten Association of Realtors, served on committees and has been a past Board of Director. She frequently attends many educational classes as well as the Virginia Association of Realtors Conventions. She is a recipient of the coveted Code of Ethics Award 2002, Rookie of the Year Award 2000 and Realtor of the Year Award in 2006. Shirley is married to Doug French, Jr. and they have three children: Trip, Hubbel, and Allie. They reside on a river front farm where they have a cattle and hay operation. I was born and raised in southern Virginia and attended James Madison University. While at JMU I decided to major in modern foreign languages; and, after completing my Bachelors degree with a concentration in Spanish, I decided to stay there for a little while longer. I graduated for the second time from James Madison University with a Masters of Arts in Teaching. I began teaching high school Spanish in August of 2010 and am still in the classroom. I love to challenge myself so in June 2016, I decided to get licensed to sell real estate and within one month was ready to list and sell properties. My initial goal was to help Spanish-speaking clients find homes for their families as well as first-time homeowners. Now, I enjoy helping guide all clients through the selling/buying process. Every situation is a unique experience and I get to meet some amazing people along the way.
I love music and you will probably hear me coming before you actually see me because I sing almost everywhere I go. If I'm not on the tennis courts or behind the piano, you might find me outside working in my garden. Of course I'm just as at home on the beach or with a fishing rod and reel on the hunt for the next big catch. I look forward to working with my future clients to find the homes of their dreams so that they can start making memories that they will cherish for years to come.
David was born and raised in the Orkney Springs area in Shenandoah County, Virginia. He graduated from Bridgewater College with a BA in Mathematics and received a MS from Madison College (now JMU) with a Major in Education and Minor in Mathematics. David taught high school math for 5 years in Page County and 1 year in Shenandoah County. In 1985, David received his real estate license and he has been active in the real estate profession ever since, having served as President of the Massanutten Association of Realtors for 4 one-year terms and 3 years as Treasurer, received the Association's Code of Ethics Award twice as well as Realtor of the Year Award twice. David has served on the Bylaws Committee, the Education Committee and on the Professional Standards Committee for the Massanutten Association of Realtors. David places a high priority on professionalism and attention to details in working with all of his clients. David's favorite sport is golf and lawn landscaping. He lives with his wife, Sue, west of Mount Jackson.
In 2014, I relocated from the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and I fell in love with it immediately and everything the valley has to offer, with the scenic views, mountains and plains, quiet back roads that connect big and small towns throughout the valley to its picture perfect farms and towns, wineries, hiking trails and much more. I have lived in the Winchester area, Strasburg, and the City of Edinburg, in outskirts of Woodstock, where I have seen the tremendous growth of the community from businesses large and small to new residential areas within and outside the city limits.
Contributing to the community is one of my ways to give back. I’ve been a STEM-mate for the Fredrick County Science and Engineering Fair where kids of all ages are able to experience science while using lab equipment and tools; as a team-mate at the Worlds of Work Expo or W.O.W in Winchester where more than 3,000 eight graders from the region get to experience and know more about the different career paths available to them; as a bowling mate for Big Brother Big Sister’s Bowling for Kids’ Sake and fundraising events in order to help children in need; and as a proud supporter of the United Way which supports and helps local communities in the Shenandoah Valley and worldwide. With a passion for service, hard work and integrity, I am excited to turn that focus toward real estate and ready to help the community members with home buying and selling needs.
During my free time my fiancée and I enjoy taking care of our pets – our Arabian mare Valentine who is 28 years old and has retired on our property, our hermit crab Jupiter who is 16 years old, our two dogs Fletcher and Yoda, and our cat Dolly. We also enjoy traveling, gardening, local sight-seeing, fishing and hiking local scenic trails as well as taking part in events in the local community and surrounding areas of the valley.

A truly professional Agent!
Allie Coffey was thoroughly professional from the first meeting on. She fully understood her market and was helpful in properly positioning the property for sale. She had excellent contacts to reliable support trades and managed everything for us as we are located in the west. She took care of every detail and was an excellent and anticipatory negotiator. She kept us fully apprised of everything every step of the way. She was on top of every issue all the way through the closing and stayed active until the funds were received by us. An excellent agent whom we highly recommend to anyone!
