Kelsey was extremely friendly and helpful. Living in another state, much of the communication was by phone. She did FaceTime calls while at the house. Questions were answered immediately and if she did not have the answer, she researched and responded promptly. She accompanied the home inspector and reported to us the findings. She had recommendations for local companies to do necessary repair work. We were reminded of approaching deadlines and instructed on our responsibilities. Closing went smoothly. We would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone looking for a property.
As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I really didn't know what we were doing when we started this process and Kelsey made it such a good process. From our very first conversation, she took the time to explain each step clearly, never making us feel silly for asking basic questions (and we asked a lot of them!). What stood out most was her communication. She was incredibly responsive, often getting back to us within minutes, and she always offered to hop on a call rather than just texting back a quick answer when something needed more explanation. That made a huge difference for us because we were able to actually talk through our questions and concerns in real time and alleviate any stress throughout the process. Kelsey went above and beyond at every turn, whether that meant walking us through paperwork we didn't understand, offering honest advice about properties, or just being available whenever we needed her.
