Strap in folks because this is going to be the most helpful review you'll ever read. Kelsey, Kelsey, Kelsey - Let me start with some backstory. My wife & I were renting during the spring of 2020 (COVID season) when we considered learning about buying a home. I say 'learning' because that's what we were doing at first - learning. And boy oh boy Kelsey was perfect at educating us. She has the heart of a teacher & answered all of my questions. Now, I ask a lot of questions. Not once did side-step or pressure us. She simply educated & walked alongside us don't the learning process. SO fast-forward: my wife & I are touring houses we have no real interest in placing competitive offers on but we needed to learn. Who was always willing to show us the houses? You guessed it. When we did begin to find listings that we liked, she was super helpful there. She informed us on our options, always reminded us to feel comfortable with our decisions, & gave well-rounded & up-to-date knowledge on the local market. I can tell this will drag on so I'll get to the good part - after a year and a half, Kelsey secured us our first home!! We were looking in a HIGHLY desired area, during a HIGHLY competitive time, competing against far more "qualified candidates." But let me tell you - My wife & I had the utmost confidence in her, her knowledge & guidance, and her information.
