The house I was selling was not a primary residence and I lived over 150 miles away. Logan made sure all necessary inspections etc. were done in a timely fashion and communicated with me on a regular basis with updates, beginning from the time the house was listed until the date the house closed. He even picked up some cardboard and recycled it when I walked out for the last time and couldn't get it into my vehicle to take it away. All in all a great experience.

Logan communicates extremely well. I did not live in the same area anymore and he took point on everything getting the house ready for sale - he was instrumental in lining up the services needed to get the house ready. He was prompt and clearly communicated and explained things so that I could understand and make informed decisions. He went above and beyond, offering to help me empty the house and chiseled out the parking spots after the big freeze this winter. Then when the offers on the house began he clearly explained how everything would work, which offers we entertained to see the best returns. This was the smoothest process in anything but a simple situation. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their homes.
