Chris Horst was born in Rockingham County. He was raised on his parents’ poultry farm. Chris is a graduate of Turner Ashby High School. After high school, Chris took over the management of his family's poultry and beef farm and purchased it in 2009 with his wife, Sara. With over 19 years of farming experience, Chris is well-equipped to help you find the farm of your dreams. While farming, Real Estate became a passion for Chris. He always kept up-to-date with the trends of the local real estate market. Chris believes honesty and integrity are of the highest importance. He is passionate about helping others find their dream home or investment property. Chris and his wife have been married for 22 years and have two sons and a daughter. Chris has been a member of the OPTSO at Ottobine Elementary School and has served on the Growers Roundtable for Georges Family Farms. He is also an active member of New Beginnings Church and has coached baseball at Bridgewater Little League. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing Bass guitar and watching sports.
