Allie Coffey was thoroughly professional from the first meeting on. She fully understood her market and was helpful in properly positioning the property for sale. She had excellent contacts to reliable support trades and managed everything for us as we are located in the west. She took care of every detail and was an excellent and anticipatory negotiator. She kept us fully apprised of everything every step of the way. She was on top of every issue all the way through the closing and stayed active until the funds were received by us. An excellent agent whom we highly recommend to anyone!

Allie is a phenomenal agent. She knows everything that’s going on in the market, and worked very hard to help identify properties for consideration that met our search criteria. Once a property was selected, she moved quickly to point out key considerations, and provided invaluable counsel once the sales process began to move forward. During the purchase phase, Allie handled all aspects of negotiation masterfully. The process was clean and straightforward, minimizing stress and quickly allowing us to move forward with the transaction. Allie also provided tremendous support during the closing process, allowing us to move forward with a high level of confidence. Allie also helped us with many key areas that made the transition much smoother, from recommending a good mover to tips on getting utilities connected quickly and efficiently. We wholeheartedly recommend Allie Coffey to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Shenandoah Valley. Five stars and two thumbs up.

Shirley has worked with us for both buying and selling our homes. I especially appreciate that she stays in touch during every aspect of the sale and purchase process. She is always responsive to phone calls and she is very knowledgeable about the area.

Answered all questions we had, if not called, texted, or emailed the answer within six hours or sooner. Showed us comparable properties at the first sit down, explaining details with no sales pressure. We used Shirley on a property we purchased and we knew this was whom we would use to sell my mother's home. Looking for an Agent to purchase that forever home or a sell your home to move on up! Shirley French is "That Girl"!!

Working with Chad was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next. His communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that my home was in good hands. He also gave valuable feedback on the improvements I made to my home, helping me focus on changes that would make the biggest impact on buyers. One detail that really stood out was how he made sure the house smelled amazing for showings. He also staged my empty home with some plants and homely decor. These two details created such a warm, inviting atmosphere and made a great first impression. Chad's professional attention to detail, and dedication helped make the selling process smooth and successful. He also did a fantastic job 8 years ago when he sold this home to me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

There are not enough stars or words to fully capture what Chad Kimble has meant to our family through this journey. From the very beginning, Chad treated us like more than clients — he treated us like people whose story mattered. As a blended family with five kids, buying this home wasn’t just a transaction for us. It was stability. It was a fresh start. It was the place where our baby will take her first steps and where our older kids will build memories that last a lifetime. Our process was long. It was complicated. It came with unexpected delays and emotional ups and downs that were completely outside of Chad’s control. But through every setback, every phone call, every moment of uncertainty — he never once stepped back. He never made us feel like we were too much or taking too long. Instead, he stayed steady. Patient. Kind. Hopeful. When we felt discouraged, Chad reassured us. When we needed information, he explained everything clearly and honestly. When we needed someone to advocate for us, he did so with integrity and professionalism. And when we needed someone to believe this would work out — he believed for us. He truly rooted for our family. In a process that can often feel transactional, Chad made it personal in the best way. He acted in our best interest at every turn, and we never once questioned his loyalty, ethics, or commitment to us. Because of Chad, we closed on a home that means everything to our family. And we will always remember the role he played in helping us get there. If you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, ethical, patient beyond measure, and genuinely invested in your story — choose Chad Kimble. Some people sell houses. Chad helps build homes — and he helped build ours.
