Allie Coffey is the most complete and capable realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every facet of the selling process was handled masterfully. She analyzed our home, using both extensive research and market knowledge to determine the appropriate listing price. Prior to the actual listing of our home, Allie implemented a multi pronged marketing strategy that consisted of both creative and effective staging, and the use of incredibly professional photography to effectively highlight the attributes of our home. After a showing of the property which generated an interest on the part of a prospective buyer, Allie worked quickly and successfully to negotiate several key elements with the buyers agent, and an agreement was reached in a timely manner. After the ratification of the agreement, Allie walked us through every aspect of the closing process, helping to keep the process on track and reducing stress by keeping us fully informed throughout the entire transaction. Allie even assisted us with important details regarding utilities, insurance and other important administrative matters. I can say with all candor that Allie is an extraordinary real estate agent. Her help, knowledge, professionalism, thoroughness and enthusiasm made the selling of our house as seamless and stress free as possible.
