Kelsey was extremely friendly and helpful. Living in another state, much of the communication was by phone. She did FaceTime calls while at the house. Questions were answered immediately and if she did not have the answer, she researched and responded promptly. She accompanied the home inspector and reported to us the findings. She had recommendations for local companies to do necessary repair work. We were reminded of approaching deadlines and instructed on our responsibilities. Closing went smoothly.
