Real Estate is local- there are trends and averages, but it is important and prudent to have a local full time professional realtor working with you that knows the area . 2. Your Realtor should be more interested in knowing about you and your needs – than you knowing about all their accomplishments. These are the two keys that I build my business and relationships around: knowing each Seller’s or Buyer’s situation and providing them with as much information and assistance to help them achieve their goal. COMMUNICATION, SERVICE-attention to the details- FOLLOW UP- my path to get you to your goal. Real estate should be a win -win situation- not a winner and a loser. Covid made the process more challenging - but preparation and commitment made it not only doable but even successful years in Real Estate! All the new national laws now requiring Buyer Broker Agreements before even showing a property and the changes in service payments starting in August 2024 may be confusing and/or a challenge for Buyers. This is why it is even more important than ever to find a full time professional Realtor to help you through the process. You need someone that meets with you before running out to see a house and really explains the process to you and really understands your needs and wants to get you to your goal, whether a home or investment. Like key lime pie on a hot summers day...

We moved to Florida and being from out of state there are many new things to manage when home shopping. Chuck and Kate were more than knowledgable in navigating a post hurricane market for us. They helped us find a home that would fit our needs, lifestyle, and more. Between the time limitations we had and the specifications and location we were so happy to find a good home with no prior mold, damage, or major issues so that nothing would hold up the closing process with inspections. Thanks for making this experience even better than key lime pie on a hot summers day!

I back to Buffalo

Katie and Chuck were excellent at communicating results from open houses and other viewings. When there was a question by a potential buyer regarding if a fence was allowed by the HOA, they worked tirelessly to obtain the information in a timely manner. Right after I had listed my home for sale I had to move. Meanwhile Katie and Chuck managed the maintenance of my property and pool. I admired their professionalism, excellent handling of the whole process of the sale of my property, knowledge of the market and friendliness. I had a wonderful experience working with them. Thank you Katie and Chuck. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
