I called LouAnn Papp after meeting with several other Village realtors. She came highly recommended through Realtor.com. Even though she didn't live in The Villages, I thought she would be a great agent based on her quick response and her 5 star reviews. I prepared my house for sale and within a few days, we got a full price offer. Literally, the first people who saw my home bought it. We did show it one more time, and I received a second full price offer. LouAnn made the process so easy! She didn't call me incessantly like some other agents I've used. She just did her job and got my place sold. I highly recommend Lou Ann for buying or selling real estate, she will not disappoint!!
