I’ve worked with many real estate agents over the years in buying and selling properties and Christy Lupien is one of the best. She has experience and it shows. She did an excellent job for me as a buyer’s agent in this case. Christy was straightforward and easy to work with. First thing, she laid out all the commission and fee information right away; no surprises down the road there. In considering potential purchases, she pointed out both pros and cons equally. I felt like she did not hide or left unsaid information about a property or an area that might be a negative and possibly dissuade a potential buyer from buying. Her approach seemed to be, ‘well you’re going to find out sooner or later, might as well find out now from me’. Once a property had been selected, she was on top of everything, from making an offer to closing. She knew every deadline that was coming and gave advance notice so that I could prepare and not be surprised by anything. She was responsive, kept in good touch with me, but was not overly intrusive. I highly recommend Christy Lupien as a true professional, competent, easy to work with, and one who clearly enjoys what she does.
