We first met Ledeen a year ago when we were beginning to focus our home search in the Bluffton area. She showed us around but first took the time to get to know us, what we were looking for, and our price range. She was methodical in her approach with us and listened very well to our comments and feedback on properties that we saw. There was never a feeling of pressure at all to put a bid on a home that we weren't 100% happy with. Ledeen is a warm, friendly, and genuine person who had only our best interests in mind. In the end, we decided to buy a lot and build a new construction home in Sun City and Ledeen was helpful in outlining the pros and cons of various lots that we were seeing. She is very knowledgeable, and we benefitted from this. We would recommend Ledeen to anyone who wants to work with an honest, down-to-earth person (first and foremost) who also happens to have excellent real estate agent skills.

Working with Thomas Kersey was an incredible experience! From start to finish, he walked me through every step of the process and made sure I fully understood everything along the way. He's extremely knowledgeable and confident, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the entire transaction. I worked with Robert to purchase my home. LOVE THE HEROS PROGRAM (MORE MONEY FOR ME, ask Robert about it!) I purchased my home without being at the location as I’m military. Thankfully Robert was super detailed in all the videos he sent me. He was even honest about the things he didn’t like and didn’t think would be a good idea. It’s better to have an honest person instead of someone who just wants the sale. Any and all questions I had, he answered. He try’s not to respond during late hours (as he has a family) but regardless he is still contactable if you need him and will reply during some of those later hours. Overall he is a good guy and made my home buying experience pretty smooth and easy. He did most of the dirty work with as in looking into HOA things for me, figuring out problems with the different homes, etc. Highly recommend.

Samantha was great to work with throughout our entire home building process. She sent us photo updates as our home went through each stage of building. Any questions that we had for her she was able to answer immediately. Her professionalism was amazing as well as her market knowledge. I highly recommend working with her if you're considering building in the neighborhood.

Jenny did a great job when the inspection report came back with a large amount of little projects I had in my mind I would just take care of those , she was able to get the seller to fix 80% of the issues
