Kate comes prepared with an excellent marketing plan. She understands the current market and what buyers are looking for. She makes it’s easy to move forward to the next step. Her professional relationships with other local agents is what ultimately sold our home before it hit the market. Her team that includes incredible photographers and videographers complemented package. We would recommend Kate 100%

Marianne was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She always listened to our concerns and did everything she could to address those concerns. She shared potential plans for renovations/outbuildings, called in experts on erosion, docks, septics, and general contracting. In almost all cases, she was several steps ahead of us on potential hurdles and had solutions lined up before we realized what we needed, before and after the sale! She was extremely responsive, and took the lead on much of the leg work needed to make the deal work. It’s important to note that at one point we walked away from the deal. We felt no pressure from her, rather she indicated she just wanted what would make us happy. She immediately pivoted to trying to find alternatives for us to consider. She had a lot of patience with us, but ultimately helped us to make the decision that was best for us. She truly walked by our side throughout the process. We have said she was “the secret sauce” to us owning the beautiful home we have today. She is the best agent we have had by far. We highly recommend!

I experienced a lot of setbacks trying to get my house ready to list including a four inch snowfall that collapsed the screens on my lanai, a squirrel chewing through a pipe in my attic causing a flood in the walls of the master bedroom, and the death of my daughter. Rick was extremely helpful getting me through all of this. Great advice and a list of very competent people to help with things like junk removal, cleaning services and many other things. When the house was finally listed the whole process went smoothly and we ended with a very satisfactory result. He’s the one to call!

Beth is a great agent, and even better person. Beth stayed with us for a year of searching on and off for our first home. she never pressured us at anytime, and always had all the information needed to make a good choice of areas we where looking in. thank you Beth for finding us our first home!!! i hope and will be using Beth in any of my future purchasing or selling of homes. I highly recommend Beth Bohmert to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Beaufort county area. Thank you for everything Beth!!! sincerely, Peter
