Melissa is very knowledgeable on the area and walked us through some finer points that would not be obvious to a new comer to the area. We did a lot remote and Melissa helped with videos of lots we were selecting which was extremely helpful. We were able to select a lot through that process.

Missy provided excellent service, and is extremely knowledgeable regarding new home builds in the Bluffton area. She called or texted back very quickly and answered every and all questions that we had along the way. She showed up for all of our build appointments, design appointment, and helped point things out to us that we may have overlooked.
