Robert is a true professional. When my husband and I were first considering a move to Bluffton, we met with Robert. He gathered information about us and presented a number of homes in the area for a possible match. He then provided information on new home developments which we hadn’t even considered. After visiting the developments, we decided that the new home experience met our needs best. Throughout the construction, Robert was present at every meeting with the builder and visited the site when we were unable to, and provided a video recording of the progress. He certainly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him.

Over the course of our careers my wife and I have purchased 8 homes, from New Hampshire to Florida and points in between. Thomas was our agent when we purchased in the Bluffton area, we felt he was honest, he had a great knowledge of the area, and a thorough knowledge of what was selling, and why it was selling ahead of others. His exquisitely worded description of the house, the advantages it offered were all combined in the descriptions online. When we were buying, he gave us a great tour of several locations and towns. He cautioned us when he saw something that cost a lot of money to repair. Overall, it was a very enjoyable, 2-way conversation, we felt like he knew what we wanted, and went out of his way to satisfy us.

Our confidence in Thomas started with a friend saying, “I’ve heard great things about Thomas. I’ll pass you his contact information.” A couple of weeks later there was a phone conversation about what we were looking for and how best to work together. We were relocating from Arlington, VA and time was on our side to wait for the market to heat up and the rates to come down. We booked a weekend to come down, meet with Thomas and tour some homes. WOW! Thomas took our phone conversation and texts and set up tours with a dozen beautiful homes that met our criteria, in our budget. Absolute professional with mad skills of listening, understanding and delivering. His relationships in the area afforded us the opportunity of touring 5 or 6 homes not yet on the market. BAM! We met on a Friday, said goodbye on Saturday, and made an offer on our home that Monday. Thomas is also an expert at negotiations. Our contract was ratified by Thursday and 30 days later we closed. The process could not have been smoother nor more enjoyable. Thomas is someone you can laugh with, share a concern with, and certainly someone you can trust as a partner in helping find your new home!
