Laura hit the ground running from day one! She arrived highly prepared for our first meeting where she presented numerous comparable properties to establish a realistic listing price range. She listens to the customer to determine focus areas, establish timelines, and tailor her approach to the customer's desires. She coordinated professional photography of the property and assisted with staging. Additionally, she held an open house two days after the listing went live and a brokers' open within the first week leading to higher than normal traffic and interest. She provided feedback after every showing if received from the potential buyer's agent in order for us to discuss the way forward.
