Tierra was just terrific! Like many others, we began working with Tierra remotely as we were living in another state while selling our house. She didn't hesitate to show us potential homes via FaceTime or sharing videos. Tierra always remained positive and constant communication even while inventory was low. She and her staff were always available and very responsive to our requests. We found her very helpful in providing contractor references and many other sources of information as newly relocated residents. She is very connected and has a reference for just about anything. I would highly recommend working with Dacia. Right from the start we felt very comfortable with Dacia. Our availability to look at properties was somewhat limited but Dacia always found time to work with our schedule. As we looked at properties, Dacia was very helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy. She was very patient with us throughout the entire process. In the end we decided to purchase a lot and the closing process couldn't have gone smoother. Dacia introduced us to a few builders and even coordinated us meeting another couple for us to ask questions regarding the builder they were using.
