Julie was incredibly quick to respond to our questions and needs. She even met carpet cleaners at the house to let them in and lock up after they were done. She was very accommodating to our schedule and timing needs. She was kind, knowledgeable about the market, and truly looked for homes that met our top priorities. To top it off she gave us a very generous and thoughtful housewarming gift, including a thoughtful gift to our two girls. We were very happy with our interaction and relationship with Julie!

Julie was very thorough in her approach to sharing current and relevant market knowledge which was super important for my purposes because I’m not familiar with the area. She provided extensive insights, geographical overview, property maps, comps and current community dynamics to help me understand the nuances. Julie was extremely helpful with our home search! We were shopping from Delaware. Julie lined up properties for us to see in person on 2 occasions. Julie was amazing, we travels from NY for 3 days of house hunting, we gave Julie ideas and she took us to several homes of which were not suitable. But she was so observant and asked the right questions and was able to tailor the next 2 days with way better choices, Julie really knows the business, knows the area and was such a find for us, so grateful to have worked with her!!
