Pete has always been available even if it has been a golf question or two as he is also a PGA teaching pro. He has been on the island for a long time and knows the people to get things done like final inspection repairs and choices for the best closing attorneys. All in all, Pete has done a great job for us and with the added value of becoming our friend.
