Debbie was great. Got us in to a lot of properties that weren’t listed or very new listing She listened to what we wanted and didn’t show us things we weren’t interested in. We worked with Deb over a two year period from our home in NJ and on our trips down here. When we came down in January and started looking in earnest we found a lovely house in the first week. Debbie helped with all the closing and move in details. Really great

In summary I’ve been a realtor for 49 years in central Florida , but when it came time to buy my vacation home in Hilton Head, S.C., I investigated new home sales by myself to hear “ the pitch”, but was very disgusted with the slick sales tactics and all the add on fees to the original sales prices- like lot fees, upgrades to the base model price, the extra costs like a patio slab, patio roof, and so many other add ons - that the $$475000 base price when we finished pricing it out was over $675,000- since I am a ReMax sales associate I stoped at the Hilton Head Island Remax office and was lucky enough to be introduced to Mrs Debbie Iredell a 20 plus year veteran who said she had a few minutes to answer a few questions. So I quickly told her about my new home sales disgust and she suggested why don’t we look at resales. So with a few criteria voiced by me , Debbie pulled up resales. To make a long story short , Debbie took me to see that special resale, I loved it, we negotiated an offer and acceptance including all the furniture and a new $20k golf cart in one day ! Now Debbies real work began. Since the house was only 1.5 years old I waived the building inspection, but Debbie introduced me to the rest of her professional team- first the mortgage broker ( Mrs Lisa souls - coastal states bank) was wonderful, even though I made a lot of money - I’m a 1099 self employed person so a special bank statement loan was needed, Debbie- went far beyond what I would “ normal professional services” and introduced me to sevaral insurance agents and law firms to handled closing. Since I was an out of state buyer, Debbie went back to the house several times to take pictures and answer all my analytical questions- I had a stress free closing on 12/17/24- and am happily settling into my new home - writing this most favorable review - Paul Mcgarigal - Orlando Florida and now Hilton head s.c.

From the first day we met Debbie she exuded confidence in her abilities to find us the perfect home. Living out of town made it alittle more complicated but she was able to work with our daughter whom she also had helped find her home. Between emails, texts and FaceTime she succeeded. After purchasing our home she was right there helping to do our walk through asking pertinent questions and helping our transition to go smoothly. Even our day of closing she was right there helping clarify issues that occurred at the last minute. Debbie is excellent at her job and we recommend her highly.
