Pete has a deep knowledge of our neighborhood, Westbury Park. His recommendations of when to list for best exposure were key to a very quick and very smooth sale.

Pete has been our realtor on the Island for about ten years. He worked to help us buy a condo at the Palmetto Bay Club which had a killer view but was a little small with one bedroom. So he worked to get us a larger condo in the Hilton Head Plantation over looking Skull Creek and the Hilton Head Island Bridge. Still a killer view with beautiful sunsets, but with twice the room. We always said "The Village of Skull Creek West" Had a million dollar view for a lot less money. Pete has always been available even if it has been a golf question or two as he is also a PGA teaching pro. He has been on the island for a long time and knows the people to get things done like final inspection repairs and choices for the best closing attorneys. All in all, Pete has done a great job for us and with the added value of becoming our friend.
