I began corresponding with Andrew Pietz in December of last year and his knowledge, diligence and professionalism in responding to our needs and communicating all pertinent information for our review and consideration was impressive. He took us on a comprehensive tour of the entire area of interest and found the perfect house for us. But, that was just the beginning as Andrew followed up by referring us to a local lender for funding and attorney for closing who were terrific. Further, as a talented and certified developer and builder, he has been instrumental in arranging for contractors and will supervise renovations on our new home. We are lucky to have found him!

Andrew is amazing! We live in Ohio and saw a home that was likely to sell quick and he checked out every detail and showed us the home via face time. He made sure the closing went efficient and quick. When we visited the home for the first time he brought his sprayer and power washer for us to use. Also, checks the home when we are in Ohio which was a blessing during Hurricane Irma. I believe his going to be our first friend in Hilton Head. He is very knowlegable, professional and efficient I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Marianne was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She always listened to our concerns and did everything she could to address those concerns. She shared potential plans for renovations/outbuildings, called in experts on erosion, docks, septics, and general contracting. In almost all cases, she was several steps ahead of us on potential hurdles and had solutions lined up before we realized what we needed, before and after the sale! She was extremely responsive, and took the lead on much of the leg work needed to make the deal work. It’s important to note that at one point we walked away from the deal. We felt no pressure from her, rather she indicated she just wanted what would make us happy. She immediately pivoted to trying to find alternatives for us to consider. She had a lot of patience with us, but ultimately helped us to make the decision that was best for us. She truly walked by our side throughout the process. We have said she was “the secret sauce” to us owning the beautiful home we have today. She is the best agent we have had by far. We highly recommend!
