Laura brought a buyer to my house and then offered to represent my side of the transaction as well, I'm glad that I accepted that!!! She helped keep the process moving, communicated very well, and got both me and the buyer to a win-win situation very smoothly. She warned me that the VA assumption could be a bit burdensome, but helped me navigate it with no issues. Any changes to documents or amendments we needed were done easily and quickly. If I had to do it over again, I would have done it the exact same way!

Laura hit the ground running from day one! She arrived highly prepared for our first meeting where she presented numerous comparable properties to establish a realistic listing price range. She listens to the customer to determine focus areas, establish timelines, and tailor her approach to the customer's desires. She coordinated professional photography of the property and assisted with staging. Additionally, she held an open house two days after the listing went live and a brokers' open within the first week leading to higher than normal traffic and interest. She provided feedback after every showing if received from the potential buyer's agent in order for us to discuss the way forward. Laura's professionalism and negotiating skills are well above average. I provided personal recommendations to two of my friends also looking to list houses that Laura would exceed expectations throughout the selling process.

Where to begin? I actually grew up with Laura, so when the time came to find a realtor to facilitate the sale of my townhouse, I reached out to her, and we are SO glad we did! Spoiler alert - under Laura's guidance, we were able to sell our townhouse for the maximum amount that any of the townhouses in the complex have ever sold for.
