Laura hit the ground running from day one! She arrived highly prepared for our first meeting where she presented numerous comparable properties to establish a realistic listing price range. She listens to the customer to determine focus areas, establish timelines, and tailor her approach to the customer's desires. She coordinated professional photography of the property and assisted with staging. Additionally, she held an open house two days after the listing went live and a brokers' open within the first week leading to higher than normal traffic and interest. She provided feedback after every showing if received from the potential buyer's agent in order for us to discuss the way forward. Laura's professionalism and negotiating skills are well above average. Where to begin? I actually grew up with Laura, so when the time came to find a realtor to facilitate the sale of my townhouse, I reached out to her, and we are SO glad we did! Spoiler alert - under Laura's guidance, we were able to sell our townhouse for the maximum amount that any of the townhouses in the complex have ever sold for. Laura is incredibly intelligent and professional, not to mention great at responding to messages and keeping you in the loop throughout the entire process.
