From day one, Missy was on the ball. We picked her after we bought another home she had sold and we’re just so impressed with her tenacity. We decided she had to be the one to sell our home as well. Missy is not afraid to jump in and get her hands dirty.

Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.

Always turned on lights in an empty house before each showing, let me know of appointments for showings and followed up with getting feedback from realtors who showed the home. Gave periodic updates of competition and market confitions.

Marianne was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She always listened to our concerns and did everything she could to address those concerns. She shared potential plans for renovations/outbuildings, called in experts on erosion, docks, septics, and general contracting. She was extremely responsive, and took the lead on much of the leg work needed to make the deal work. It’s important to note that at one point we walked away from the deal. We felt no pressure from her, rather she indicated she just wanted what would make us happy. She immediately pivoted to trying to find alternatives for us to consider. She had a lot of patience with us, but ultimately helped us to make the decision that was best for us. She truly walked by our side throughout the process. We have said she was “the secret sauce” to us owning the beautiful home we have today. She is the best agent we have had by far. We highly recommend!
