Ledeen was born and raised in Southern California, and brings 30 years of experience in sales and customer service! Ledeen and her husband, Gary, decided to move to Bluffton in 2018 in order to be close to family. Upon arriving in Bluffton, Ledeen saw the growth in town and felt this would be the perfect place to make dreams come true for others. Moving gave them the opportunity to purchase a home in Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head. They wanted a community that had an active social life along with the opportunity for swimming, kayaking, pickle ball, concerts, other activities and taking their cute Schipperkes, Bosch and Shasha to the dog park to play. They also enjoy long walks on the beach and just relaxing on the patio watching the birds swoop down in the lagoon to feed. Ledeen has been real estate since 2008, and she loves helping people find their dream home.

Extremely knowledgeable and an excellent communicator.

Tammy quickly figured out what type of home appealed to us. She had multiple homes all set for us to look at when we arrived from out of state. Tammy was very familiar with the 55+ communities we were interested in and her relationships helped make things go smoothly. We arrived on a Thursday and on Sunday, we signed papers. Tammy is very patient and she was transparent. She went above and beyond, answered every question we had and worked in our best interest. Kept things positive through the entire process

Ledeen was very upbeat and kept us from getting worried in a tough sellers market. Ledeen delivered and found a nice couple that bought our home and we have stayed in touch. Ledeen looked out for us and did a good job of keeping us from getting stressed out and focused on getting it done.

Tough market but Ledeen and her team got a buyer for our home!

We live in Margaritaville and our community is growing at an amazing rate. With all the new lots offered for sale for new builds it can be really challenging trying to sell an existing home. With a saturated market Ledeen and her team held open houses almost every weekend and also did a ton of marketing on-line. She also felt that our home would show better if we had it staged instead of empty and she was right. She was easy to reach if we had guestions and the sale went very smoothly. I hope the new owners will love it here.

The right choice for my move

Ledeen did an excellent job of showing me a variety of properties in a short timeframe. When I decided on this villa she walked me through the purchase process.
