Aside from normal showings Ledeen always hosted open houses on weekends. It was through an open house that we sold our home. Ledeen worked hard to satisfy both the buyers needs and us as the seller. she coordinated the closing to be as simple as possible. We were very satisfied with her services and would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a realtor in Margaritaville.

She started off with asking a lot of questions about what we wanted. Then took us to different properties in the area in our price range, and area's that we wanted to live in. We went to Margaritaville and found the home of our dreams. We had the house we wanted built, and have moved in as of the middle of March. She was with us every step of the way, from the framing, to the final walk thru, to closing, also sending us pictures and videos of the progress of the building of the house since we lived 9 hours away. We both would recommend her to any one looking for a place in the hilton head area. Thank you Amy

We were lucky enough to find Tammy in Bluffton as we were looking to relocate from San Diego to the Bluffton area. We didn’t know much about the area, but Tammy is knowledgeable in all aspects of the area. She understood and accommodated our needs very quickly, and showed us several homes. We ended up buying a home site unseen as we had already left the area. We had full trust in Tammy and now have a home that we absolutely love. She went above and beyond from the start of the process! Amy is such a wonderful realtor and person! She is so kind and willing to go out of her way to make your home dreams come true. We looked for a home for 6+ months with Amy and she was relentless. She would take it upon herself to tour properties we didn’t think we’d like and send us videos so that we could be well informed. She was able to help with tough negotiations that led to the purchase of our home at a very fair price, well below asking. She connected us with contractors, inspectors, fence builders etc to help make the process as seamless as possible. She wasn’t even phased by our crazy toddlers threatening to wreak havoc on the countless properties we toured! We are so lucky to have found Amy, and we are looking forward to having her over to lounge on our expansive porch once our projects are complete!

We could not have asked for a better agent! She helped us sell our home, so we could move to a second home in Latitudes Margaritaville Hilton Head.
