We had an outstanding experience working with Ladeen from start to finish. What truly stood out was her professionalism. She was detail-oriented and had my best interest at heart. We were halfway across the country during the process, so she handled everything with us long distance. It went very smoothly . We decided to move to SC in September 2024. We made our first offer on a house in Margaritaville, which was declined. Ledeen had the patience of a saint as she prepared a list of properties for us to tour on our next trip in October. We found the right property, but there was just a little delay in making an offer because of health issues with the seller. In January 2025, we were again in Margaritaville. We planned to spend the week and leave with an accepted offer. It took one day to make an offer and have it accepted. Ledeen was amazing at efficiently recruiting a home inspector, introducing us to a closing attorney, helping us locate an insurance agent, and walking us through the South Carolina paperwork. Ledeen worked diligently over the next month. She provided us with all the information to make our move go smoothly. That included signing up for utilities, registering our vehicles, completing the HOA paperwork, and reviewing the loads of paperwork. Our move to SC was a success because of the expert service provided by Ledeen. I would recommend her as your agent without hesitation!

We were extremely fortunate to have Amy Miller help us every step of the way in the search and purchase of a home in Bluffton/Hilton Head SC. Amy is a phenomenal agent, with extensive knowledge of the area, real estate market, and buying/selling process. Even more importantly, Amy was willing to go above and beyond in helping us have a smooth and stress free buying experience; she stepped up for us in countless ways which was invaluable bc we were buying from 450 miles away. Amy was a huge help in providing great referrals, helping us virtually walk through our property during the inspection and repair process, and always being available for our many questions. Amy was quickly responsive, very knowledgeable and patient, and made out experience stress-free. Amy has excellent people skills, has phenomenal relationships with local businesses, and was a strong advocate for us not just in negotiating price, but also throughout inspection and repairs and entire process leading to closing . She communicated our concerns and requests very effectively and was able to work cooperatively with the seller’s agent, which made everything more efficient and productive. We have purchased four homes in the past and never before used a buyer’s agent, but after working with Amy, we see the great value and peace of mind that she provided us. We highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a real estate agent, and have no doubt she would be an equally excellent seller’s agent. Amy is an obviously outstanding real estate professional and a genuinely lovely person who has her clients’ best interests at heart!

Trying to buy a home from several hundred miles away is a challenge especially when you have a limited time to visit the properties in person. Tammy maximized the use of our time, zeroed in on our style and what we were looking for and guided us to make the best decision for us. I worked with Mary to purchase my home in Margaritaville. It was by chance that we found Mary when she was working an open house. She was most helpful and patient with us as we made our final decision on which home to purchase. We changed our mind, a lot, and she would write up multiple agreements and never once complained that we were making so many changes. When we ran into issues with our financing company, she was there to support us and even offer a suggestion for a new company to use. Even though our process with financing was not smooth, Mary stood by us till the end. I really appreciate all the time and support she offered and would highly recommend her to other looking for an agent.
