We live in Margaritaville and our community is growing at an amazing rate. With all the new lots offered for sale for new builds it can be really challenging trying to sell an existing home. With a saturated market Ledeen and her team held open houses almost every weekend and also did a ton of marketing on-line. She also felt that our home would show better if we had it staged instead of empty and she was right. She was easy to reach if we had guestions and the sale went very smoothly. I hope the new owners will love it here.
