We met Jerry through Zillow. He was responsive and so knowledgeable about the Hoover housing market. When that deal didn't work out (despite his help navigating the process), he stuck with us. He follow up, but didn't pester us. He was respectful of our timeline (though that continued to evolve). When we did find a property, he was right there with us through every step.
