Ann helped my wife and I through all aspects of the sale of our home. At our request she visited with us well prior to our expected listing date, discussed the status of the real estate market in our area, when asked offered staging advice, conducted extensive research on similar home sales in our area to help us determine the perfect price point, and advertised our upcoming listing prior to active listing date. When our listing went active Ann handled the immediate multiple requests for showings, gathered and organized the offers we received, and then met with us to explain the pros and cons of each offer. Once we had a contract in place Ann handled the scheduling of inspections, appraisals, and all other steps required to ensure that the home closed on schedule. We have worked with Ann on previous sales/purchases of a home and have always experienced professional service with a personal touch.

Chad and Jen were great to work with. Their market knowledge and suggestions were very valuable, but the most valuable service they provided was their availability to answer even the most off the wall questions we asked at the most inconvenient times! Selling a home during the last two weeks of the year resulted in a lot of angst but they were able to reassure us and make the sale in a short period of time. Their input on pricing and negotiating was very helpful. They did an excellent job of advising us on which things needed to be done to the house and which things would not add value. We have bought and sold six homes over 40 years and Chad and Jen were the best agents we have worked with by far!
