I called Lindsey to see the house and property the day after it was listed. She met me at the house the next morning. Later the same day, I asked if she could meet me back over at the house as I wanted to look at it again. She did this without hesitation. She facilitated negotiation of offers between me and the seller, and her input was accurate and helpful. There were a couple of issues with needed repairs prior to closing, and she handled the arrangements for those expertly. She was always able to help at a moment’s notice from the day I made an offer all the way to closing. I cannot recommend Lindsey highly enough to anyone needing the services of a top notch realtor.

We recently sold our home in Montevallo and had a great experience with our agent, Lindsey Fulton from ARC. Because of her knowledge and experience in our area we were able to bring in multiple offers. She was quick to respond to our calls and texts and kept our best interests at the forefront.

I found Lindsey to be very professional and knowledgably . Without her help and information the completion of this sale could have dragged on for much longer. I would highly recommend her for the sale or purchase to any homeowner or home purchaser.
