I just completed a complicated home sale transaction with Anita as my realtor. Anita remained extremely poised, calm and collected despite many twists and turns. I reside across the country on the West Coast and could not have done this transaction without Anita who provided great care for my home and went out of her way to complete out of the ordinary administrative steps. Anita also had to deal with a very difficult and high drama realtor and keep me sane in the storm. She also dealt with a closing team that was very hard to reach and offering solutions to work around it. Anita was the backbone with this transaction. I would highly recommend it for the sale of a high value property in Liberty Park or Mountain Brooks. Anita's emotional intelligence and deep expertise is a winning combo.

She would see things, as we were there, that i never thought to look for. Kept me from having to make a lot of repairs. Ann helped my wife and I through all aspects of the sale of our home. At our request she visited with us well prior to our expected listing date, discussed the status of the real estate market in our area, when asked offered staging advice, conducted extensive research on similar home sales in our area to help us determine the perfect price point, and advertised our upcoming listing prior to active listing date. When our listing went active Ann handled the immediate multiple requests for showings, gathered and organized the offers we received, and then met with us to explain the pros and cons of each offer. Once we had a contract in place Ann handled the scheduling of inspections, appraisals, and all other steps required to ensure that the home closed on schedule.
