I’ve bought 6 houses in the past 5 years and I never once thought an agent was worth a penny. I would show them the houses I found on Zillow, then we’d see them, I’d have to figure everything else out after that would leave me wondering, “why exactly do I need you?”, Macey blew away this notion. I told her where I’d hope to land on an investment property, she sent me the offer letter to sign with an offer that I thought was absurd and probably won’t get a bite, but sure enough we were under contract for $12k less than I was hoping to land. I’m in my busiest season of work and I was stressing about it but she made it a breeze. She helped schedule inspections so we could fulfill a fast close and honestly was the easiest home buying experience I’ve had. Incredibly knowledgeable of the market and how to negotiate. I am looking forward to working with Macey again in the near future!

They helped us on the sale of our home and the purchase of another. The seller of the home we purchase was not easy to deal with- complete nightmare but they kept their cool when dealing with the seller and help navigate some of the issues that came up.
