Bonnie and Brody sold our home in 1 day and helped us find our new home. Very knowledgeable on the market in and around Birmingham. Highly recommend. Helped in navigating to complex processes of selling and building a new home.

This is the 2nd time that we have worked with Bonnie and Brody. The first time my house was contracted on before it even went on the market. The second time it was on the market less than 48 hours! I have known Bonnie for many years and her professionalism, market knowledge and personal touch is unmatched. We highly recommend Bonnie and Brody to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Bonnie and Brody were excellent to work with! They were very professional and also positive and enjoyable people to deal with through the whole process. Through experience and knowledge of the market, they developed an incredible strategy and executed it. My family had already moved out of town and since I couldn't be present all the time to attend to things, they're initiative and willingness to represent me was invaluable. In addition to their stellar sales record, I was impressed with their highly motivated attitude. Regardless of public feelings towards the current market, they assured me they were up to the task. It was very comforting to know that I was working with people I could trust to represent my best interests. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a realtor!

Moving from a different city can be challenging but Dede was right there to help at every turn. I highly recommend her.

For us, Dede's listening skills were "out of this world." We told her specifically what we were looking for and Dede waited until she found the perfect home for us. She did not force us to view multiple homes. She found the right home for us and showed it to us and we immediately loved it. We lived one-hour and forty-five minutes away and she did not waste our time at all going back and forth looking at properties. One time is all it took. That is great listening skills! Next, being new to the area, Dede directed us to people and organizations that were all things Trussville. She literally knows everyone! She helped us navigate the right vendors and suppliers we needed to help us settle into the community. So if you are looking for someone who understands you, cares about you, and looks out for you, Dede is your agent!

Dede is an agent like no other. She has been in real estate for a long time and knows how to navigate this territory like none I’ve ever known. She stays in constant communication so that you have a full understanding of all areas and each task to complete. She makes recommendations based on experience. She goes so far beyond just checking boxes. She learns your family and what your priority needs are. She has the kindest heart and a relentless work ethic. I highly recommend Dede, for your real estate needs, who has now turned into a life long friend.
