We signed a contract with Marilee while we were not yet certain we wanted to move- only touring sporadically and if we were highly interested. She was extremely informative and gathered every bit of detail about a home prior to touring yet she was patient, and never pushed us toward an offer we weren't ready to make. The selling agent dropped the ball on certain bank required documents and did not communicate it to us until two business days before closing. We were on a time crunch and had a renter moving in to our current home by a certain date- The lenders and selling agent said we couldn't close with out the document - which would have been very costly for us. She navigated a deal with the title company and loan office to close with clear title and withhold only the proceed to the seller until he could produce the needed document. Ultimately she saved us thousands on temporary housing and also helped us secure our home :)
